Empower has become the first district cooling company in the region to launch e-registration for its customers.
The online registration service enables new registrants and customers to activate Empower services and create their account through company’s website in a safe environment.
Previously, individual customers, tenants, landlords and real estate development companies had to approach the company's headquarters or customer service centers, as a prerequisite for registering a project or a property with Empower systems.
Under the current circumstances, company waives this requirement and replaced it with online registration that will enable them to obtain the services and complete transactions remotely through the website with simple and easy steps.
The initiative is aimed at Dubai Paperless Strategy that aims at completing the smart transformation and ending the internal and external paper transactions throughout Dubai government departments by 2021 along with achieving the goals of Dubai Smart Initiative that aims to transform Dubai into the smartest and happiest city in the world.
