Empower is witnessing "remarkable successes" in terms of Artificial Intelligence solutions as the coronavirus pandemic keeps the region on lockdown.

Ahmad bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, said the endurance of district cooling services during this time of crisis is being achieved through a proactive vision to keep pace with rapid changes and improving performance, productivity and quality.

Key to this is Empower's un-manned, self-operating plants and Command Control Centre AI for analyzing millions of data, and the operation of the Thermal Energy Storage tanks.
