Plumbing solutions, hardware and bathroom fixtures distributor Aquaplex has announced a collaboration with Groupe Atlantic, a specialist thermal comfort solution provider, to introduce energy-efficient water heaters in the UAE market.

The collaboration entails Aquaplex to distribute Groupe Atlantic’s range of water heaters, which are designed to respond to the specific needs of the Gulf region.

The global and Middle East water heater market is expected to cross $2.5billion by 2024.

Increasing demand for energy efficient systems coupled with favourable regulatory policies toward carbon emissions is touted to foster demand.

The green growth strategies adopted by the Middle East countries including solar powered heating solutions is another factor that determines product demand.
