Al Salem Johnson Controls system controls more than 700,000 data points in King Abdullah Financial District

Al Salem Johnson Controls has provided King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh with its building management solution METASYS.

METASYS facilitates a fully integrated environment covering HVAC, smart controls, fire safety, and security systems.

King Abdullah Financial District is considered to be one of the most important and largest construction projects in the world, with more than 50 buildings and three skyscrapers.

The development includes office buildings, hotels, museums, conference center, as well as supporting facilities and infrastructure such as service tunnels, central utility plant, monorail stations, and parking buildings.
