Pantheon Development launches new $54m project in JVC, Dubai

Pantheon Development launched its second project named “Pantheon Elysée” valued at AED200m in District thirteen of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.

He said: "Investing in JVC is at the forefront of our plans, we aim to develop more affordable luxury projects similar to Elysée; regarding design and development and amenities. However, as time goes on- we also strive to invest within the market and area simultaneously.”

When completed, Pantheon Elysée will offer 266 affordable luxury residential units and two large retail outlets on the ground floor. Considering the market demand, the Pantheon Elysée offers 127 studio apartments and 112 one-bedroom apartments. In addition, there are 23 two-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom apartments. 
Kinariwala added: “Pantheon Group is built on a foundation of strategic planning and impeccable execution. Continuing to grow and diversify; we are becoming a lead player in the affordable luxury industry.”
