Arabtec wins $60m contract to build 352 villas in Dubai

The contract works will commence immediately for a duration of 20 months.

Arabtec Holding announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Arabtec Construction has been awarded a $60m (AED222m) contract by Dubai Properties for the construction of 352 villas in its Amaranta project in Villanova, Dubai.

Group chief executive officer, Hamish Tyrwhitt said: “We are delighted that Dubai Properties continue to show confidence in Arabtec Construction through the award of our fifth phase at the Villanova Project, further building on our solid relationships in our core markets.”

The contract works will commence immediately for a duration of 20 months.

Villanova is located at the intersection of the Dubai – Al Ain Road with Emirates Road.

The façade design of each of the townhouses is inspired by contemporary Mediterranean architecture, with the units featuring finished interiors and bright natural colours that complement a relaxed lifestyle, the company said.
