EFECO awarded MEP contract for Dubai Properties villa project

Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Company (EFECO), a fully owned subsidiary of Arabtec Holding, has been awarded an MEP contract for the $70m-valued (AED260m) Dubai Properties Amaranta and La Quinta Villa project.

Arabtec Construction is the main contractor, with EFECO being responsible for the complete MEP works of 1,388 units. Arif & Bintoak is the main consulatant of the project.

Project Villanova (Amaranta & La Quinta), as it is called, will feature cluster homes, townhouses, and villas by its client Dubai Properties.

The project offers Dubai’s first unit type known as cluster homes along with a range of standalone villas. These Mediterranean and Portuguese designed villas consist of four different unit types within an enclosed court with each residence having a private backyard, the company stated.

The total duration of the project, including DLP, is around 33 months.
