Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has landed a contract to build a 380-kV substation in Saudi Arabia.

The Indian engineering and construction firm will also provide an associated 230-kV cable network and establish two Transmission Line corridors.

The announcement was accompanied by news that L&T has been awarded a contract from a major client in the Middle East for the construction of extra high voltage overhead lines.
