$49million Pantheon Elysee project set for delivery by October

All work concerning MEP stands at 40% completion, according to Kalpesh Kinariwala, founder and chairman of Pantheon Group.

The $49million Pantheon Elysee project from Pantheon Development will be set for delivery by October.

The Jumeirah Village Circle project will be the second affordable luxury development by the group, and will comprise 268 residential units and retail outlets.


Kalpesh Kinariwala, founder and chairman of Pantheon Group, said: “It has been an exciting journey to have witnessed the steady progress on the construction of this project, and we cannot wait until it goes on floors later this year.

“With the structural and mobilization work now complete, all work concerning the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) stands at 40% completion."
