The MEP Middle East Awards are fast approaching, but what does it take to impress our panel of judges?

His judgements and assessments are based on the RADAR Approach. Whether results have been defined. Whether there is an approach which is sound and integrated.
Whether there has been a structured deployment , Has there been a assessment and refinement what have been the measurements, learnings and improvements.
Agshikar is EFQM and CASS certified and has been passionately involved with assessments of various Business Excellence awards in the region and has more than 30 years of experience across various Industry verticals.
He said: “I look for the enablers, what is it that the organizations or individuals have done to get the desired results and further how they have used the feedback from the results to make corrections or improvements in the enablers.”
Everchanging demands related to the sustainable built environment and offerings have shifted in the MEP sector over the years, making Mandarr an ideal candidate to assess how our nominees were incorporating fresh viewpoints and approaches within their organizations.
“Judging at MEP awards is a very systematic process. Each entry is assessed by a pool of qualified judges and an initial shortlist is prepared which again goes through a second round of assessment and a final short list of candidates and organizations is prepared within the different categories and further there is a judges consensus meeting in which the final short-list is validated.
"The final short listed entries consist of best of the best entries and are all winners. Finally, through the consensus of all the qualified judges the final winners are selected but it is not always about the numbers as each judge has different set of evaluation or scoring criteria based on their experience and expertise”
“The awards are very well organized and very well attended. Last year I recollect there were about 16 plus categories and around 90 plus entries some of them were outstanding entries.
"The best thing about the awards is that many of the earlier winners were also competing which shows what this awards means to them and also their zeal for excellence. I feel proud to be associated with the MEP.”
