The Big 5 Saudi is moving to Riyadh, with the next event taking place from 7-10 March 2021 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Saudi Arabia currently holds great potential in the construction sector, with over $1.4trillion projects in the pipeline. In Riyadh alone, there is more than $196 billion of known future projects including Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, and King Salman Park.

"Holding the event in the nation’s capital will drive vital business connections by bringing stakeholders closer to the heart of Saudi Arabia’s projects market and help the Kingdom to achieve its ambitious Vision 2030 objectives," said event director Roni El Haddad.

"It will be the perfect mouth-piece for international exhibitors to access this prosperous market.

"Alongside the move, the show will introduce a wealth of new value-added features for our international and local visitors/exhibitors, ensuring that the event continues to reflect the country's growing attractiveness in the global construction area.

"For the first time, the 2021 edition will be co-located with Stone & Surface Saudi, and will see the urban design, landscape, and solar product sectors alongside the existing realm of product categories on offer at the event.

"It will also include new features such as the ‘Festival of Construction Innovation’ and a dedicated Awards ceremony The Big 5 Construction Awards, each set to celebrate ground-breaking technologies and processes supporting the Kingdom's ambitions."
