Al Thuriah Properties has handed over all units within its Sahara Tower 4 project, which is located on the Dubai-Sharjah border.
Development of the building commenced in April 2014, and all units were sold within 18 months. Freehold owners have now begun to occupy the skyscraper's apartments.
Sahara Tower 4 was developed at a cost of $80.3m (AED295m), according to Al Thuriah. The 33-storey structure features 300 one- to four-bedroom residential units.
Each apartment has been designed to cater to Arabic customs and culture, with separate kitchens, lounges, dining areas, and bedrooms. The tower also includes a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a garden and lounge area, and several retail and food and beverage (F&B) outlets.
Eng Raymond Khouzami, chief executive officer of Al Thuriah, said: "The handover of Sahara Tower 4 is a major achievement for us as we have utilised state-of-the-art technologies to ensure that we deliver before committed deadlines. This bespoke development offers a luxury lifestyle and appeals to discerning clients who value superior interiors and spacious apartments at prime locations. Sahara Tower 4 raises the bar for quality and affordability in the UAE property market."
Sheikh Majid Bin Hamad Al Qasimi, chairman of Al Thuriah Group, added: “I would like to congratulate the Al Thuriah team and project partners that have worked with great diligence and efficiency to complete this landmark property ahead of schedule. We welcome the new home owners, who have appreciated its quality, and we are sure that they will enjoy its world class amenities to the fullest."
Following the handover of Sahara Tower 4, Al Thuriah has delivered approximately 4,500 homes and has a further 2,500 units at various stages of development.
