Nakheel floats three tenders for MEP projects

Developer Nakheel has floated three tenders for MEP-related projects throughout its property portfolio across Dubai.

The first of the tenders is maintenance of external MEP utilities at International City. Tender documents have already been made available to potential bidders for a non-returnable fee of AED: 2,000 and bids to complete the work need to be submitted by 2 September.

The firm has also issued a new tender for the design and build of a new secondary irrigation system for palm trees planted around its Jebel Ali Village development. Documents can be obtained through payment of an AED: 1,000 fee and bids need to be in by 9 September.

Finally, the developer has also floated a tender to operate and maintain the LPG central gas system - which includes billing management - at Ibn Battuta Mall.

Documents for this tender also cost AED: 1,000 and bids need to be in by 2 September.
