Trane’s new Rental Services division hopes to break into the UAE market and establish as a non-permanent cooling requirement provider, following the announcement of its launch on Sunday.

Designed to be used across a wide variety of facilities, including healthcare, industrial, lodging, retail and educational buildings, Trane’s Rental Services helps buildings achieve continuous optimal operating performance, said Jose Laloggia, service and parts leader for Trane’s commercial business in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa.

“Not meeting their building’s cooling needs, even partially, can generate substantial costs and stresses for building manager,” he said.

“We offer an immediate solution, either short term or long term, which is tailored to the customer’s specific requirements,” Laloggia added.

The rental service that Trane offers allows it to provide supplemental and backup solutions in a variety of situations, including emergencies, increased capacity, planned outages and special events and on-site services.

“Our rental chillers have been re-engineered for demanding rental applications and are specifically selected for their fast installation and easy operation,” Hardeep Singh, service, parts and customer care leader for Trane Middle East and Africa, said.

“Moreover, our rental chillers are thoroughly inspected after each application, to ensure that they are ready when you need them,” Singh added.

In addition to the UAE, Trane’s Rental Service is also available throughout Europe and India.
