Al Reyadah, the UAE based air-conditioning contractor, has been awarded the maintenance contract for 19 luxury villas owned by B2B Hotels & Properties, it was announced on Tuesday.
The contractor will be required to provide round-the-clock technical and maintenance support to the complex, which is around 46,451m2 in size.
The complex includes an AAA commercial tower, the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel and 19 contemporary villas, all located at the mainland gateway to Abu Dhabi.
“We require high level cooling systems that are reliable and continuous. It took us sometime to find the right partner that will provide us with the quality of service that adheres to the standards that our tenants require,” said Yassar Abdul Wahid, director of Lease and Marketing, B2B Hotels and Properties.
He added that Al Reyadah’s expertise at working across different sectors, including hospitals, schools, universities; sporting clubs, factories and residential units helps clinch the deal in its favour.
“The demand of our customers will be challenging. However, we follow a well rounded customer service system that allows us to streamline and cater to individual requests,” said Mohammed Swairjo, general manager of Al Reyadah.
“Being appointed by such a reputable company demonstrates that we’ve succeeded in communicating our superior customer experience, (which is something) that very few cooling companies can offer in the UAE,” he added.
