EFECO bags $31m Dubai Creekside Horizon Project

EFECO (Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co.), the MEP arm and fully owned subsidiary of contracting firm Arabtec Holding, has been awarded a $31m (AED117m) MEP contract fot the Creek Horizon Plot 19 project in Emaar’s Dubai Creek Harbour Development.

The project was awarded by the main contractor AFC.

Talking about the project win, Arabtec's group chief executive officer Hamish Tyrwhitt said: "We look forward to working with AFC and on another project for Emaar Properties as we continue to build on our solid relationships in our core markets."

Creek Horizon’s towers are centrally located adjacent to the central park of the Island District and next to EFECO’s ongoing project ‘Creekside 18’.

Creek Horizon Plot 19 has a total built up area of approximately 130,000m2 and the towers will feature approximately 550 contemporary apartments.

The project works will commence in June 2018 with a duration of 20 months.
